When you buy in our shop, you have 14 days to return the goods.

According to the law in force, every customer has the right to withdraw from a remote contract within 14 days. This time is counted:

– in the case of an contract in the performance of which the Seller issues an item, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from taking possession of the item by the Customer or by a third party indicated by him/her other than the Carrier;

– in the case of a contract which involves multiple items which are delivered separately, in lots or in parts - from taking possession of the last item, lot or part.

• Made-to-order goods, in particular goods prepared to meet the Customer's individual needs, shall not be returned. This includes, for example, custom-made goods.

In the event of a complaint, please fill in the form and send it to the above address together with the goods being complained about.

For all other matters, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions apply.
